Tasha Madison is a well-rounded Licensed Esthetician with a Nursing, Business and Creative background with experience and education blended perfectly to be a Leader in the Wellness and Beauty industry.  As the Owner of On the Go Wellness Spa & Creator of OTG Skincare Solutions, her passion is to educate the community about the importance of staying Proactive in Wellness to not be Reactive in illness.    With over 20 years in business and a growing professional portfolio, Tasha has set new standards for advancing diversity in the world of Esthetics.  She is a devoted Advocate, Educator and Trainer in the industry.  Driving the change for protocols, training and advertisement to be more inclusive, supportive and collaborative to help ensure all BIPOC individuals feel seen, valued and represented while equipping professionals to feel confident and empowered in the treatment room.    When Tasha isn’t in the clinic room you can find her mentoring other professionals, speaking at schools, hosting advanced classes and hosting educational seminars.  Her broad spectrum of knowledge and guidance has created a personal trust resulting in her being a true staple.
